Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All FixerUpa subscriptions and payments are non-refundable once processed. Because FixerUpa provides immediate access to digital tools, planning systems, and cost-tracking features, refunds are not issued after purchase or renewal.

2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

  • Access to FixerUpa’s features will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where required by applicable law — for example:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.

  • Billing errors verified by FixerUpa or Stripe.

Any such requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date by contacting support@fixerupa.com.

4. Third-Party Payment Processors

All payments are securely handled through Stripe via Wix. Users are subject to Stripe’s own payment terms and conditions.

5. EU and UK Consumers

If you reside in the EU or UK, you may have certain rights under local consumer protection laws. FixerUpa complies with those laws where applicable.
