Payment & Subscription Data:
Subscription details, plan type, and billing history.
(Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which handles all payment card information. FixerUpa does not store or have access to your card details.) -
Analytics & Device Data:
Browser type, device information, IP address, usage statistics, and cookies (see our [Cookie Policy]). -
Search Queries:
When you use the search system, we may process search terms and your selected region to retrieve product and tradesperson results from third-party data sources.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use FixerUpa at your own discretion.

Active subscribers: Your data is retained as long as your subscription remains active.

Data storage plan: If you pay the £10/month data storage fee, your account data will be retained until you cancel that plan.

Account deletion: If you cancel your subscription and do not opt for data storage, all associated data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Backups: FixerUpa does not store user data outside of its hosting platforms (Wix and Glide).
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share limited data with third parties where necessary to operate FixerUpa:

Service Providers: Wix, Glide, Stripe, Google Analytics, and other similar tools for hosting, analytics, and functionality.

Advertising Partners: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other comparable networks for targeted marketing.

Search Integrations: Search terms and regional data may be shared with external APIs to retrieve renovation product or tradesperson results.
We do not sell personal data to any third party.

As Wix, Glide, and Stripe operate global cloud infrastructures, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. These transfers comply with GDPR-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
